About This Event
Do you aspire to be both decisive and a model of professionalism in your decision-making?
You aim to act with professionalism and make timely choices. You recognize that your skills and experience are greatly valued in your field, and you want to maximize their potential. However, being human means that your strengths can sometimes become weaknesses, leading to bias.
Even the best trip over their capes sometimes. When mental defaults go unchecked your superpowers can occasionally turn into kryptonite.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to become conscious of how subconscious filters shape your strengths and vulnerabilities and equip yourself with new tools to manage them when taking high stakes decisions.
What will you get?
In the workshop:
-
we will discuss 8 subconscious filters that impact our decisions making;
-
we will see how each have their own strengths and vulnerabilities;
-
we will link each with various mental biases;
-
and with this gained understanding we will move into how we can consciously balance our subconscious propensities in order to be increasingly flexible and steer our decisions in a way that serves us best.
In the one to one meeting:
-
we profile your own subconscious filters to confirm how you apply what you've learned in the workshop;
-
we discuss patterns that occur in your decision making;
-
we mine your mind to reveal the decision making strategy you employ and reveal what is beyond your level of awarness at the moment.
