Who is your facilitator?
I am Raluca Filip, a finance expert with a curious nature that has been captivated by delving into the complexities of human behavior. On this journey I discovered explanations for many of my past decisions and instruments to be in better control of my results, starting with my actions and decisions.
These instruments are powerful in insulating hard skills and capabilities from biases and emotions so that they can yield commensurate results.
I changed in so many ways by discovering ways of making new choices:

from a rebel that continuously sought change to being a rebel by choice;

from being too early to decide to taking just the right amount of time;

from selling investments too early to being more thoughtful;

from being an obvious optimist to being realist.
