Do you need to think about uncertainty differently?

Raluca

You should revise your relationship with uncertainty if you experience any of the below:

  • you lose sleep over decisions

  •  you procrastinate decisions because you want more certainty

  • you resist delegating decisions or you micromanage when you do

  •  you check your final work repeatedly out of fear that you might have missed something

  •  after you made a decision you feel anxious that you made the wrong choice.

Which one do you struggle with? Share in comments or direct message and I'll try to help with resources or tips

In each case you have good reasons to feel so.

You also have other choices.

You might not see them cause of the decision fog, your emotions or your mind's attention filters.

If you are willing to explore how you can manage these for added clarity and confidence despite uncertainties check out my upcoming FREE workshop.
