For a #vision to be helpful for companies and individuals it has to be well-communicated and delivered in a way that inspires people. Vision-driven #leadership is the way forward and I hope that more companies will manage to achieve clarity on their vision. Sometimes this is taken for granted but experience shows that more often than not Directors, managers, team members have different views on what the vision is.
